The Springs Resort & Spa is right in the middle of all the action and perfect for folks looking to book more luxurious lodging. Rooms start at $189 and include 24-hour soaking in tubs tucked alongside the San Juan River (pictured above).
San Juan Mountain & Golf Resort is up the road a few miles and offering killer deals on super nice condos. Rent one, two and three bedroom units in their Links buildings for $100, $150 and $200 a night respectively.

The Oak Ridge is an older hotel but pretty darn close to the action. The San Juan Motel and First Inn of Pagosa are affordable motels that sit on the east edge of town and the Fireside Cabins and High Country Lodge are located on the way out of Pagosa toward Wolf Creek.
