When and where is the event being held?

The Outlaw Snowdown will be held in a heated tent on the athletic field across from town park in downtown Pagosa Springs. Cross streets are Hermosa Street and Hot Springs Blvd and the field is flanked on the north side by Hwy 160. How much are tickets?

Pre-sale single-day tickets are $39, three-day festival passes will run you $99. Visit http://outlawsnowdown.com/tickets for ski and soak packages. Tickets will be $45/day at the door.

Where can I buy tickets and how do I get my wristband closer to the event?

Tickets can be purchased online at outlawsnowdown.frontgatetickets.com or at Kip’s Grill & Cantina and the Bear Creek Saloon in Pagosa Springs through Thursday, Jan. 12. You can also purchase passes over the phone through Thursday by calling 1-888-512-7469. Paper tickets will be swapped out for wristbands the day of the show.  A box office will be set up across the highway from the venue at 262 Pagosa Street from 12-4 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 13 if you want to pick up your wristbands and event guides ahead of time, otherwise you can visit will call onsite starting at 4 p.m. each day.

I heard this is an 18 and over show… but my teen son/daughter would like to attend, can they?

Attendees under 18 years-old are allowed… but only with parental supervision (we’ll need to see identification at the door). We will be serving alcohol in the tent and the lyrical content will definitely be adult-oriented. If you want to accompany your music-loving, well-behaved teen, great… but leave the munchkins at home.

Will you be showing the Bronco game on Saturday night?

Yep! Taligatin’ starts at 4 p.m., kickoff at 6 p.m.!

Is there a package with lodging included available?

Not this year, but… we’ve got some killer deals for you anyway. Look on our lodging page for more details.

What if there’s a snow storm… will the event be cancelled?

The Outlaw Snowdown is a snow or shine event… in fact, we’ll be doing a snow dance daily in the lead up to the festival. Allow yourself plenty of travel time, get here and then cross your fingers you get snowed in and have to call in “stuck” to work the next week!

Will you be accepting credit cards at the show?

No… everything onsite will be cash only so come prepared! Tickets at the door, merch, food and drinks will all be cash only… the closest ATM to the show is at Bank of San Juans at 305 Hot Springs Blvd.

Is there more than one place in town to soak in the hot springs while we’re in Pagosa?

The Springs Resort & Spa (800-225-0934) is the largest and most developed facility in town and is situated on the edge of the San Juan River downtown. Fee: $20

Healing Waters Resort and Spa (800-832-5523) has a large, sulfur swimming pool and separate men’s and women’s clothing-optional mineral baths. Fee: $10

Overlook Hot Springs (970-264-4040) is a much smaller operation popular with locals for being affordable, serving alcohol and having rooftop pools that offer fine mountain views. Fee: $8

How far is Wolf Creek from Pagosa Springs?

Wolf Creek is 24 miles from downtown Pagosa and it takes anywhere from 20-30 minutes to drive there, depending on your need for speed.

What about shuttles/taxis?

Wilderness Journeys operates Pagosa Springs’ sole taxi service. They also offer a shuttle service back and forth to Durango airport and Wolf Creek ski area. Call 970-731-4081 for service.
